The Supreme Court is now deciding whether or not violent video games should be sold to under 18 year olds. Supporters of this ban say that these violent video games are influencing young kids to act or think violently. The opposition says that this case violates the 1st amendment of free speech.
Personally, I don't think there should be a ban. Most violent video games, such as Halo, are fictional or unrealistic. Also, I think it is the parent's choice on whether or not to buy or let their kid buy violent video games.
